When you log into the RIISnet system, you will be notified of any alerts and notifications regarding your acquisition and disposition activities.

Property Alerts

When you run a search in RIISnet for a specific commercial real estate property or note, you will be able to see all the properties matching your search criteria that are currently available. If you leave the search open, as soon as any new properties become available, you will be notified by email and through an alert on your RIISnet home page.

Urgent Notifications

The Urgent Notifications Dashboard, located on your home page, notifies you when you have urgent activities to perform inside RIISnet. For instance, once you find a property and you request an Engagement from the seller, notification of the RFE (Request for Engagement) is posted to the Urgent Activities and Notifications area on the seller’s home page. The system also generates an email to the seller.
