As each property is uploaded into the Hold Box, confidential information about the buyers actively seeking your property type is immediately available to you, without revealing the buyers’ identities. You will see how many buyers are attempting to purchase your asset and at what prices.
If there is strong buyer demand for your property, you may decide to make that property “confidentially available for sale.” Doing so is simple: just drag your property from your Hold Box to the For Sale Box. Interested Buyers are immediately notified that a property has entered the Transaction Zone that meets their acquisition criteria, while continuing to protect the identity of your property within the RIISnet coding system.
