The Transaction Zone allows sellers to confidentially offer their properties for sale by using RIISnet Confidential Coding. It also enables buyers to easily search for these coded properties while maintaining their anonymity.
Individual assets are confidentially coded by numerous criteria including price, cap rate, property type, location, size, % occupancy, average remaining lease term, % national/credit tenants, market statistics, and demographic criteria. These assets may be available for sale as individual property sales, single or multiple property exchanges, or part of a portfolio.
