John Robert Rivenbark is Vice President of Product Management for RIISnet. His responsibilities include analyzing and ensuring the quality of RIISnet’s online product and coordination of marketing efforts toward overall company objectives.

Prior to joining RIISnet, John served as Marketing Director and Usability Engineer for CTS, a software development company serving enterprise-level organizations across the US and Europe. His duties included creative direction, website management, interface development, and management of the firm’s partnership with Microsoft. He has designed online products for national energy utilities, financial organizations, and government agencies.

While at CTS, John also ran his own consultancy, Rivenbark Media, which united creative professionals to deliver low-cost marketing solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. The company provided graphic design, marketing strategy, and website development services specializing in usability, search engine optimization, and standards adherence.
